GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Ophèlis invites users to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”), which govern the purchase of products and the management of orders placed on the website.
1. Conclusion of the Contract and Delivery of Products
1.1 Each order placed on www.ophelis.ae constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract in Italian or English.
1.2 By clicking the “Purchase” button, the customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been submitted, an Ophèlis representative will send an order confirmation email within 48 hours. The contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation. If no confirmation is received within the indicated timeframe, the order shall be considered rejected and without effect.
1.3 Orders paid in advance will be shipped once Ophèlis has received full payment of the purchase price and shipping costs. Customers are invited to complete payment promptly and in any case within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation.
1.4 If the ordered products are unavailable for reasons beyond Ophèlis’ control, the customer will be promptly informed. In such cases, Ophèlis shall have no obligation to deliver the products and will refund any amounts already paid.
2. Prices, Shipping Costs, Express Delivery and Boutique Pickup
2.1 The customer is required to pay the price published on the product page at the time the order is placed.
2.2 Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified during checkout.
2.3 Where available, purchases may be collected directly from Ophèlis boutiques.
2.4 Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or any additional charges that may be applied by local authorities or carriers.
3. Payment
3.1 Ophèlis accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, and cash on delivery, where available. Ophèlis reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods for specific orders.
3.2 In the case of card payments, the charge may occur at the time of shipment or order confirmation.
3.3 The customer agrees to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic format.
4. Use of Promotional Vouchers
4.1 Promotional vouchers cannot be purchased and are issued by Ophèlis as part of promotional campaigns. They have a limited validity period.
4.2 Vouchers may be used only once per order within the specified validity period. Certain products may be excluded. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
4.3 The value of the purchased products must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. Any difference may be paid using accepted payment methods.
4.4 Vouchers cannot be used retroactively, transferred to third parties, or combined for the same order.
4.5 If a voucher is used and, due to a return or cancellation, the order value falls below the voucher amount, Ophèlis reserves the right to charge the original product price.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The first exchange for size, color, or model is free of charge. Any additional exchanges will incur shipping costs borne by the customer. Returns are entirely at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
5.1 The customer may request a return within 15 days from receipt of the products by notifying Ophèlis via email at info@ophelis.ae.
5.2 Once the return request is approved, Ophèlis will refund the product value, excluding shipping costs, after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned products and credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Product Warranty and Additional Information
8.1 Ophèlis guarantees that products are delivered in conformity with the order and free from manufacturing defects.
8.2 These General Terms and Conditions are available on www.ophelis.ae and may be saved or printed for reference.
8.3 Order details and these GTC may be archived using the browser’s functions or through the order confirmation email.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These General Terms and Conditions and any related sales contracts are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ophèlis is established.
9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these GTC or sales contracts shall be resolved through amicable negotiation where possible or submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
