Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy allows you to return products within 15 days of purchase.
If the return is due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund, including the product price and return shipping costs. If the return is made for other reasons, you will be refunded for the product only, while return shipping costs will be at your expense.
To proceed with a return, please send an email to info@ophelis.ae , specifying the order number, product code, reason for the return, and your preferred refund method. You will receive confirmation and detailed instructions within 72 business hours. Please note that the return shipment must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or PayPal, using the same currency as the original purchase.
It is important that products are returned in their original condition and without signs of use, together with the original box, which is considered an integral part of the product. In the case of defective items, please follow the same instructions; we may also request photographic evidence.
Please note that unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted. If such returns are exceptionally accepted, a fee of 10% of the product value will be charged. For further information, we invite you to consult European distance selling regulations.
